About The Author

Meet Christian Thomas. He lives in Northern Canada with his wife Jennifer, two sons, and three very spoiled dogs. By day, he works in the energy industry. By night, he writes stories that dig deep into the darkest corners of human nature. The Guardians is his first novel. But you would never guess it.

Christian does not write from a comfortable distance. He writes like a man who has seen things. He has spent years around people who face real pain. He knows how abuse hides in plain sight. He knows how the system fails. And he knows that good people sometimes dream about doing terrible things to protect the ones they love.

When he is not writing, Christian travels. He finds a beach, listens to the waves, and reads a book. That is his happy place. But his happy place does not make him soft. He believes in the Golden Rule. Treat people with respect. But he also believes that the world is changing too fast. Inflation, stress, broken systems. Too many people feel trapped.
